Recital and celebration diner – October 12th 2024

 

 

Under support of the Fondation du Patrimoine.

 

To celebrate the Loto du Patrimoine prize, the Forteress of Berrye organised a piano recital and a gala dinner in the great medieval Aula, on October 12th 2024.

A sponsorship agreement signed with the Heritage Foundation has facilitated private fundraising for the restoration of the fortress.

 

 

Program:

3:00 PM: Recital in the aula by the humanist pianist Jean-Nicolas Diatkine
(Bach-Schubert-Liszt-Beethoven)

 

5:30 PM: Discovery and tasting of the estate’s wines in the High Courtyard

 

7:30 PM: Gala dinner seated in the painting gallery, designed and prepared by the young chef Romain Bersan from the restaurant l’Instinct in Saumur, paired with Berrye wines.
