“Corps pour corps”
A dark-red colour for this wine with a fruity and animal nose and a finish of red-fruit flavours, slightly spicy at the end. A well balanced wine with delicate tannins.
Grape variety : 70% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Terroir : Tufa limestone soil
Age of vineyard : 20 years
Vinification : 3 weeks maceration before pressing, 9 months maturation in concrete tanks
